Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your GBar Vape account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or return authorization.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
